The length of a consultation is based on your goals, questions
and areas to be covered, in most cases, two to three hours.
The base fee combines a preliminary off site review of your layout
and information where Bette overlays the Bagua as a template
onto your lot and floor plan. A minimum of two hours on a
site tour is the rule of thumb for her basic consultation package:
home, home office or office. A series of site consultations may be
more suited to your needs and designed for you as well. Call Bette

The consultation commences with a mailed packet of information.
At the scheduled consultation time, you will receive a tour of your
home. The consultation begins even before Bette walks in the
door with careful preparation from materials (see below) she has
received from you and generally a phone call with questions about
your concerns. A client may seek out feng shui because they
are looking for something extra, perhaps something even
extraordinary to help them deal with everyday concerns or an
occasional mystifying dilemma. Each consultation is customized.
Starting right off with asking what you intend–to establish
your goals and objectives. This shapes the consultation.
Bette's strategy is to help you improve the design details and
arrangement of your space. Together, Bette and you build energy
and create an inspired make over. In the consultation process, she
combines traditional secrets with her artistic sensilbilty to design a
comfortable, stable environment that provides security as well as an
enhanced, welcoming atmosphere for family and friends. She may
suggest a ceremony to calm the earth energies and/or a method
for you personally to perform for your ch'i cultivation as part of your
consultation assessment.

Clients share they feel energized, naturally motivated and balanced.

• Description of BTB school of Feng Shui.
• Red envelope tradition explanation.
• Self assessment sheet–goals for Feng Shui consultation.
• Layout of home or office on 8.5 x 11 on the property. On a separate
8.5 x 11 sheet - interior layout of the home: indicate the front door, the
back door, the placement of the desk, stove, master bed.
• Predecessor history.
• Description of the property or building: what needs repair, leaks, energetic issues.

If you request a written assessment after the consultation, an additional
fee will apply.

When information from the BTB tradition is shared, H.H. Lin Yun,
master of this tradition, asks that we request Red Envelopes, in
increments of nine.
